This is a lovely twin Bedroom on the ground floor in the main house with it’s original massive chestnut floor beams left exposed and with some of the original stonework details left exposed through the plasterwork. It has a view out across the grounds to the hills of the Serra do Careón to the west in the distance. All the artwork in this room is by the wildlife artist Paul Tavernor (www.paultavernor.co.uk) and although they are all of British wildlife, they reflect perfectly the creatures you could possibly see in the countryside around Casa Camiño. We ourselves have seen wild boar, deer and golden eagles in the surrounding woods and heathland, in which you can explore and walk freely across if you wish. There are two single beds in this Bedroom with solid Oak headboards that match the rest of the solid oak furniture in this room. The Bedroom is equipped with a TV, which has an iPod docking facility and a built in DVD player so you can watch your own favorite movies or listen to music if you wish. It also has free WiFi Internet connection, a hairdryer, VoIP telephone and has an electronic safe fitted in the wardrobe in which you could store your valuables. It has a very contemporary en-suite shower room, with an enclosed glass shower cubicle, basin and WC. This room is ideal for a relaxed and comfortable stay at Casa Camiño for one night or a week.
